• Shipping & Delivery: Order processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates, tracking information and what to expect once your order is on its way.

• Returns & Refunds: Our 30-day return policy begins on the date your order is delivered. Eligible change-of-mind returns must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with original tags attached where applicable, original packaging where practical, and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrectly received items are handled separately under The Bitey Happiness Guarantee. Please report these issues within 30 days of delivery and provide your order details, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Please note that certain items, including sale items and gift cards, are non-returnable. All returns are subject to our published Refund Policy and its eligibility requirements.
